Richard Young

Richard Young is chairman of the board of directors for Concordia Economic & Industrial Development District and has been on the board since 2007.
He began his career working on oil rigs with his father nippling up BOP stacks and has worked in Mexico, Venezuela, and Nigeria, as well as other places throughout the United States.
In 1992, Richard started his own business in Monterey, Louisiana. Rig Masters is a service company that provides operational and maintenance services to various Government facilities including: flood control operations, visitor center operations, ground maintenance services, and janitorial services.
Rig Masters also does construction work such as levee set asides.
He performs services for private citizens, farmers, and businesses within Concordia parish as well as for the government.
Richard is married to Lorrie and together they have 3 sons; Bryce, Josh and Noah. |
